MARIAGE FRÈRES AMBRE BLEU- Blue Tea | Natural

Blue tea originating from a garden in Nantou County, central Formosa. This mountainous region covered in lush vegetation is renowned for its romantic Sun Moon Lake, a favourite destination for newlyweds.
The long oxydation of the leaves imbues this blue tea with complexity and elegance. Intensely indulgent with delicate floral flourishes, the infused leaves are rich with notes of toasted walnut, coated in strawberry tree honey, on a base note of chestnut butter. The liqueur with a beautiful amber hue expresses round notes of nougat, and warm scones with dried fruit. Full of character and finesse, it transmits to the palate a sensation of absolute plenitude, divinely umami.
