« Himalayan Mists », created specially for us, is a highly prestigious black tea produced on the renowned Ambootia Estate in the misty mountains of Darjeeling. 

Like white teas, it is composed solely of silvery buds. 

The extremely selective plucking occurs only in the coolness of an evening under a rising moon. 

A delicate withering happens during the night; then the leaves are gently rolled at dawn (each bud having already been wrapped in a larger leaf for protection). 

The young, downy leaves produce a golden liqueur tasting of hazelnut and muscatel, with a unique, unforgettable floral aroma.
