Grown on the mountainous slopes of Fujian, this costly green tea is delicately crafted by hand, leaf by leaf, then patiently scented with jasmine flowers from the finest harvests (between April and June). At the heart of the composition, there are two saffron-coloured marigold, known to mark the passing time (in nature it closes at night and opens when the sun is sufficiently high in the sky). The steeped tea is aromatic, flavourful, fresh, and sweet.
