Made from buds, this hand-crafted green tea is flavoured by long contact with jasmine: over several days, the flowers are mixed with the tea on four successive occasions lasting several hours, so that the tea leaves steadily absorb the fragrance (this technique was developed during the Ming dynasty). It is adorned with chrysanthemum flowers (the Chinese symbol of autumn), jasmine, and several everlasting flowers (representing love) that lend the clear, fragrant cup a bouquet of colours that sparkle like fireworks.
