MARIAGE FRÈRES HAPPY VALLEY – thé Jardin Premier de Darjeling- Darjeeling | Himalaya – Darjeeling

This plantation, one of the oldest in Darjeeling, was founded in 1854 just like Mariage Frères. With its 176 hectares at 2,100m in altitude, where the slopes of the Himalayas wind through India, Nepal and Bhutan, this is the closest garden to the old town. Tea plants that have been lovingly cherished for over 160 years still produce one of the best crus in the region.
