A famous, traditional green tea, also from Yunnan Province, pressed into the form of a tiny bird’s nest. It enjoys the same worldwide reputation as its companion, Tuo Cha. Each tiny bird’s nest produces a mild, refined, relaxing taste.
crumble a little piece of nest (approximately two grams per cup) and boil it in water for about three minutes.
Stir, pour through a strainer, and serve.
